Three things: the name, the URL, and the category. When you add or import a tool, DealKeep checks it against everything already in your stack. An exact name, a near-identical name (85% similar or closer), or the same product URL (www and trailing slashes ignored) counts as a duplicate, and a high-confidence match is stopped before the tool is created. Category is the softer signal: AI tagging groups tools by what they do, so two screen recorders bought a year apart sit side by side under the same category even when their names share nothing. Search that category before you buy a third.

On day 7 you choose: Starter ($99 one-time), Pro ($199 one-time), or Free Forever. You are never charged without an explicit choice. Free keeps up to 10 tools with the dashboard and manual, CSV, Excel and URL import, but no AI credits and no Chrome extension seat. If you have more than 10 tools when the trial ends, nothing is deleted: the extras are locked, not wiped, and unlock the moment you upgrade.

Yes. The Chrome extension bulk-imports AppSumo. Everything else comes in by CSV or Excel upload, URL import, or manual entry: StackSocial, Dealify, DealFuel, DealMirror, RocketHub, Prime Club, private founder promos, direct purchases, and the deals you bought on PitchGround or SaaS Mantra before they stopped selling lifetime deals. Those older purchases are the ones most worth recording, because the marketplace is no longer keeping the receipt for you.

Every deal in your stack carries a refund deadline, and DealKeep counts down to it. The deadline starts from the marketplace default: AppSumo gives 60 days on most products; Dealify, DealMirror, DealFuel, RocketHub and Prime Club default to 30 (Dealify Plus and DealMirror Prime members get 60); StackSocial publishes no day count at all, because revealing the licence code ends the option, so DealKeep flags those purchases instead of inventing a date. Individual deals can override a store default, so the deal page always wins. You get email and in-app alerts 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before each window closes (the cadence is adjustable), and the refund-eligible filter shows everything you can still return today.

It tells you before a dead login page does. Update tracking watches the tools you own and reports when one ships a feature, changes its pricing, rebrands, or starts showing shutdown warnings. Founder Track raises a risk flag when a founder goes quiet, the app moves hosts, or the refund policy changes. You decide what to do with the flag: refund it if the window is still open, or mark it Founder gone so it drops out of your ROI math instead of quietly counting as an active asset. Nothing is removed from your stack automatically; the record of what you paid, and when, stays.
